Pros
Provides lots of flexible positions to work around your class schedule. They give a brief experience to how staffing agencies operate.
Cons
Most positions are for State work, so hiring managers may take a while to reach out to applicants. There is a disconnect between where you're positioned and UEI, but that can't be helped since you're being contracted.
