An honest review of TMC - RN Med/Surg University Health Employee Review

Executive leadership makes new policies without much thought to them. When these new policies back fire then it is quickly swept under the rug. The CNO gives off a cold and standoff vibe, she never speaks or greets staff when doing rounds. Patients with aggressive behavior basically get away with doing or saying what they want to staff without any form of repercussions (ex: A patient assaulted a pregnant nurse and he was not discharged). Also emails are sent out from the PR team on behalf of the executive leadership that come off as condescending. We all understand about wearing a mask but my goodness TMC is obsessive with it and will send it in an email everyday (like we get it).
