The former CEO had a national reputation for leadership within the healthcare industry. He retired and the new CEO has big shoes to fill, he he wants to earn the same level of respect.
Cons
The institution lacks a grievance process to fairly deal with employee issues. The Employee Enrichment Department has little influence and ethical transgressions are evident. An early separation program was established and some employees were pressured to leave by threatening salary freezes and demotions.
