If you desire to transfer to another department in the same position, there is no wage adjustment allowed. You do more work for the same pay. There is no budget for training or personal development to position you for a promotion either. Poor cross-departmental relationships. Recent lay-offs, hiring freeze, and salary freeze are discouraging.
