Pros
Can't think of any. Maybe the location, is convenient since is by Grand Central station. I guess another pro is if you're lucky enough to perhaps meet one or two decent co-workers and get along.
Cons
Management from President of Sales, to his team of VP's... they all play favoritism. Unless you are willing to allow to be treated like you are worthless to move up, you aren't moving up. accepted this job as I was promised mentorship, growth and other project opportunities by the VP that interviewed me, but once I started it was a whole new story, or no story at all. Recent lay-offs are unsettling, a lot of GREAT managers were let go.. the ones that they should have gotten rid of because they are toxic, are still with the company
