Much of the senior management from the CEO down is being replaced with former NBC Universal executives creating two separate cultures within the organization. Frequent press-releases announce executive appointments (mostly from NBCU) however very little direction is provided about overall company direction or strategy. The whole thing is a bit of a joke with many wondering when will the next ex-NBC executive start.
