Pros
Team is great, teammates are friendly and very talented, for the most part. You get to serve a community that needs the service. Univision is a trusted brand among Hispanics. There is a lot built already by talented employees, which allows one's work to go further. The everyday environment can be very close and jovial.
Cons
A toxic environment that tolerates verbal and emotional abuse. Upper management has no idea what they're doing, and they are not respected by employees. The lack of direction, debt, mismanagement and irresponsible spending have undermined the great work of many talented people. It's a shame. Extra hours, nights and weekends are expected, and even though our work wins awards and exceeds expectations with less and less resources, you can be fired at any moment completely independently of the quality of your work. You can go without a raise for 3-4 years. Management brings in their friends to work at top positions even though they are not qualified. It feels like the cronyism and corruption typical of Latin America. It's hurtful and enraging.
