uset to be a great company to work for, but now higher management makes employees feel they are doing them a favor by hiring them in stead of empowering the workforce to work as a team. people spend more time looking to keep their work that actually doing it. is a very stab moment for this company since the new president took over and the sale of the company or the IPO was established, there has been a lot of layoffs of key personnel just to keep operations look good on books.
