      Pros

      Pleasant way to work while I connect to my Latin heritage. Great healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      New and successful ventures, but no wage increases for the past 2 years. No bonuses. No cost of living adjustments. Nothing except long hours and excuses about turbulent times, wars, prior debt, inflation, etc.
