They put people in positions that shouldn't be there. They like team leads who causes drama all the time. When a team lead tries not to have drama within the team they dont like it. Everything is favoritism from positions to anything u could think of. They try to hold u back. When u speak up they make u feel like the black sheep of the dept. U try to give them ideas on how to do things they knock u down. They say u must follow the christus values but how can you when team leads, managers and directors do not follow them. They believe everything the team lead says which is very wrong. Hr backs them up every time. The managers lie and expect u to lie also. Some of the team leads works harder than others but do not get shown appreciation at all instead they try to find any little thing to make u feel worthless. U can speak to directors and managers in pfs and they feel like it is a crime to speak.
