good working environment to work with people

Not a good place to talk with management

Initially under good management they worked around my family and school schedule. Very nice administration and owners. The pay is decent and the clients are good contracts. The female managers and all the co-workers are very nice people. Payroll was always ontime and efficient.

Some male managers are uneducated and egotistical. One micromanaged me extremely so ON CAMERA from another post in a LIBRARY. He wrote me up for buying coffee at the cafe for a couple of friends of mine. And was also escalating situations that were minor due to his LACK of People Skills. They will also pull your shifts WITHOUT notifying you! You don't know until you check the app. It causes added anxiety.
