Pros
I liked the immediate team I worked on. I miss being at a company that uses Slack and Macs.
Cons
I left Unlock several months ago, and I wasn't going to leave a review. But after a recent round of layoffs left many of my talented former coworkers without a job, I felt the need to speak to this. After acquiring several companies and becoming Unlock Health, management has made next to no effort to integrate them all together. Disparate teams with the same function have little to no interaction, siloed clients, and completely different cultures. In my role, there was no clear management structure, no reporting structure, and reviews were done under the table by asking people (seemingly at random) what they thought of others -- allowing every grudge and misunderstanding to snowball into a truly toxic culture. Every team had a different opinion of what they thought the company's issues were as each was operating like an independent unit, often working AGAINST the whole.
