Pros

Supportive and passionate colleagues who take pride in their work Unlimited PTO Fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere

Cons

The company acquired five companies within six months and attempted to implement numerous changes simultaneously, leading to confusion and instability. Initially assured employees their jobs were safe, only to host an extravagant retreat in Colorado (marketed as optional) and later lay off nearly 25% of one of the legacy companies. The layoffs appeared retaliatory, targeting individuals based on the CEO’s personal biases from Zoom calls, employees who were unable the retreat, and random selections. Enforced strict NDAs and terminated employees who refused to sign, severely disrupting workflow, delaying client deliverables, and diminishing overall service quality. The work environment is dominated by fear, with employees constantly worried about sudden job loss. Middle management lacks basic management skills, has little understanding of their teams' functions, and fails to address operational needs effectively. The 5-star reviews are misleading—likely written by management to mask the toxic culture. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pros

"Unlimited" PTO, but that's just to avoid paying out earned PTO when they inevitably lay you off or fire you for random reasons

Cons

Leadership clearly doesn't understand how to organize teams and manage people. They say they're a people-centric culture, but everything they do says the opposite. It's clear that this company only values profit above everything else since they're owned by private capital. Also, there is NO diversity in leadership. ZERO. It's all white people and it's clear how favoritism, especially surrounding race, plays a part in their hiring decisions, and who to keep around.
