- Great people in every team supporting each other across the board - Management is kind, flexible and treats people with respect and understanding to life situations - Great office in the heart of London with an amazing view and free breakfast and snacks - Unrestricted remote working - Good benefits that are actually useful - Great projects which make you proud and give you lot of satisfaction

Cons

- Sometimes there can be a lot of pressure and urgency on projects which can stress out, but this will be true at any company in the industry.
