Average pay for region and great cafeteria

Cons

Management has no clue what they are doing. The current manager does nothing and is destroying the team. They have lost 10 people in 6 months. They are either phasing the department out or mismanaging it because they have no idea how to manage a team. That’s the only explanation for the chaos that exists.
