Unlimited vacation - not really great when you are constantly under-staffed

Terrible leadership , in fact non-existent. We've lost over 70% of our staff soon after they bought our company and there have been hardly any replacements. No trainings, no career path, no raises. They have hired 3rd party contractors to basically keep our platform alive and since we have had horrendous urgent issues and downtime. They have no idea how to run a tech company. We've also had lots of internet and phone issues which have taken weeks to fix. The IT department doesn't know how to work on Macs. We lost a senior marketing exec, she was fired 3 weeks after posting a glowing review of this place. Morale is non-existent. If I could give this sorry place a negative 5 rating, I would.
