These people (management) are just all out of craps to give for the people that work for them. The only concern is the bottom line and how things look to the investors. I have seen good and very talented people shoved aside like so much trash on the sidewalk. Small companies that have people who have put their blood, sweat and tears into building valued products over decades are treated with no more respect than you would treat a sewer rat. It's pathetic and these people are pathetic.
