Pros
A lot of employees. An work from home, little travel
Cons
High turnover. Not enough work. Low pay. Mediocre benefits. No 401(k) matching. The quarterly meetings are just executives patting themselves on the back for pipe dreams that will fall through. Lots of promises that are never kept. No job security whatsoever
