Pros
The (non-management and executive level) people who are there are nice and mean well. They also support some major exciting clients.
Cons
Where to start. I came from a bustling exciting startup. We were acquired by Upland and everything immediately went south. They fired half the workforce, demoted several others, and forced the remaining few talented employees into roles which eventually led them to quit. The tech that they do have is nothing more than surface level code glued together by preschool grade paste. They have a solid vision of what they want to be, but no concept of how to get there, exacerbated by tight deadlines that never get met, and a lack of interest in properly staffing their teams. And the truth is, their competitors do the same things but better. As far as working there - management makes it clear they don't care about you. I vividly remember one of the first company wide meetings post COVID when a concerned employee asked if there would be layoffs, and management jokingly told them "We'll just line everyone up and fire the tallest x people". My advice - look anywhere else.
