Pros
a remote workplace even before pandemic, you are afforded autonomy over your work so long as you deliver expected results. unlimited vacation policy, decent sales incentives.
Cons
they are putting the bare minimum into keeping their products running. little to no innovations or bug fixing. instead they acquire struggling companies and expect you to sell that faulty software to customers who are already unsatisfied with the faulty software they have. disorganized and poor communication between teams. no 401k match, annual COL increases, or merit based raises.
