Abhorrent upper management. Rampant favoritism. Boring small town with nothing to do and no redeeming qualities. Promotions handed out to lazy idiots. Antiquated tech. Internal school portal (myUIU) looks like it's from 1995. Multiple coaches, deans, and directors out in the last few months. Dwindling student population on campus = sad ghost town Social media is a dumpster fire. Uninspiring and unoriginal.
