Some staff: Try their best with a smile on their face. Some leadership: Believe that they can truly effect change even in the face of challenging odds.
Cons
Some staff: In a competition to see who can do the least amount of work. Some leadership: The vice presidents in charge of enrollment management and external affairs/marketing are up a creek without a paddle. Enrollment keeps dropping and their strategy is to burn money with agencies. The agencies are just chasing a payday, and leadership is out to lunch at the Servery.
