Loved my coworkers, benefits were good, students were rewarding to work with.
Cons
Pay that does not meet industry standards If you don't work at the main campus, management does not care about you Higher ups will tell you, you are easily replaceable You will gain more and more job titles without appreciation or increased pay from management Work/life balance is non-existent
