> Employee benefits are good > THIS IS A SPORTS SCHOOL. STUDENTS COME ONLY BECAUSE OF SPORTS. > Students will really get to know their professors here
Cons
> Poor training. You will literally have to learn everything by yourself from scratch. > Poor communication. Supervisors communicate to higher-ups only to show they are "actually working". > Decision making by management has always been poor, but this massive layoff in May 2023 was definitely the last straw. > Pay does not meet industry standards. > Management doesn't really care about you as you are "easily replaceable". > Lazy idiots are being retained while people who actually care about the school is getting laid-off.
