Not Good - Anonymous employee Upper Iowa University Employee Review

The administration shows little interest in academics, especially at the presidential level. VPs and the president won't listen to the concerns of faculty. The Board of Trustees are even more deaf to the needs of the faculty and staff. Those who care the most are stigmatized the most. The current president was the very CFO who drove the university into the ground through fiscal mismanagement. Her reward from the Board of Trustee's was retention of her VP role of Finance and Enrollment Mangement AND promotion to President!!
