Pros

Everyone is really friendly, whip-smart; and eager to jump in head first. We have great cross-team cohesiveness, and the management team is top notch. Very supportive both in the office and outside, always available regardless of the time. Not matter how long you've been in the game, always something new to learn here!

Cons

Nothing that you wouldn't encounter in any startup. Wearing Multiple hats, thinking outside the box, contributing outside your normal role while still delivering over expectations. You have to have a will-to-win attitude.

Pros

You will work with some of the most amazingly talented individuals you have ever worked with. Journey Orchestration and Journey Analytics are a hot topic so there is lots of interest from companies.

Cons

Usermind sells to large enterprises so the deals are complex and can take some time. That said, the client list is a who's who of large enterprises and there is significant and tangible business benefit to the companies that invest in Usermind's technology.
