- Opportunity to work on a really competitive product that will probably become huge and define a whole new business category
- Tons of autonomy and ability to define processes
- Fun challenges to solve
- Easy to get resources needed to do my job more effectively/efficiently
- Competitive pay and compelling equity
- Fun coworkers and pretty BS/drama-free company culture
- Super-smart CEO who genuinely cares about the team and delivering a great product
- Convenient downtown/Belltown location
Cons
Typical startup stuff: we're still refining processes and wearing a lot of hats, and there's a lot of pressure to out-perform expectations and get a lot of things done on a tight schedule. Somebody who isn't a self-starter probably wouldn't thrive here.

No probably about it... our category is becoming huge. We are thrilled to have you as part of the team, and yes, we'll keep hiring smart people!
You will work with some of the most amazingly talented individuals you have ever worked with. Journey Orchestration and Journey Analytics are a hot topic so there is lots of interest from companies.
Cons
Usermind sells to large enterprises so the deals are complex and can take some time. That said, the client list is a who's who of large enterprises and there is significant and tangible business benefit to the companies that invest in Usermind's technology.
