      Schedule is optional. 2 hours notice to report to work, after 6-8 days straight 12 hour shifts or be fired.

      Working remotely and not subject to helicopter management on decisions. Freedom to manage within certain boundaries.

      Cons

      24 hour on call and overworked in terms of managing everything from sales, scheduling, dispatching, maintenance, hiring, firing and decision making.
