A good place to work but could be great with higher wages - Mortgage Closer Utah Community Credit Union Employee Review

UCCU would rather have a high employee turnover and continually be training new employees than pay a competitive salary. I feel like my manager values me and fights to get me raises but there is only so much she can do. I feel like I could make more working for almost any other mortgage company and am always keeping my eyes open for a better opportunity.
