Pros
I worked at Utah State University full-time more than 4 years. Easy to work and low life expense and little work.
Cons
The faculty's ability is very low and they can't get the funding and the good pulbication even though the state and university invest enough grant funding. Most of student and post researcher can't learn accurate principle of the science and the student and postdoc can't improve his abililty. In the future, unversity should change the invitation system of faculty to make high level of professor come. The faculty level is terrible.
