With the rapid growth comes the typical pains that you'd expect. The business is not perfect. We are all learning about the gaps we have and bringing on new talent to address those. We move so fast that it can be overwhelming for someone that doesn't like quick action; or for someone that needs the daily list of exactly what to do each day. We have clear objectives and initiatives, but you need to be able to own you area and proactively tackle projects without hand-holding. We are going through a lot of changes to set us up for success at the next level - that can be uncomfortable for a lot of people. But it also leads to the most opportunity. You need to be constantly learning on your craft - the team here is always evolving their skillset and thinking. If you aren't a curious student of the business or your craft you will get left behind. This is an exciting place to work if you are hungry and willing to put the work in to unlock your best skills.
