      Pros

      Pay is competitive, flexibility is awesome, and metrics are always presented to see strengths, weakness, opportunities/areas for growth. I enjoy working independently and accepting constructive criticism when necessary. This position allows me to be independent and run my team with direction from my supervisor when necessary.

      Cons

      There are times of high stress. There are no clear-cut days off, but it all balances out with the ebb and flow of super busy times and then slower times within the company. There's no retirement plan yet, but I'm told it's in the works.

      From the top down this company is an absolute disaster. After being employed with them since 2021, I was laid off abruptly in June of this year. The company has been through through mass layoffs since September of last year and continues to replace W2 employees with temp workers without any form of training prior to it. -Minimal communication between departments. -An absolute disaster with trying to shift over to AI models. -Terrible pay with minimal room to grow within the company -Incredibly unprofessional management who do not care about the employees -Expected to work beyond full time hours while being in a 35% pay cut for nearly a year. -Shady marketing tactics This company is truly suffering right now and its as plain as day. It used to be a wonderful company to work for but everything changed for the worse.
