Pros
Every day brings a new experience, an opportunity to contribute to a common goal shared amongst an entire team. A sense of accomplishment each day when the elevator doors close. The opportunity to venture outside of your job description and not only show off your skills, but discover new ones along the way. The people are amazing. Red Bank is also amazing. Did I mention the people?
Cons
Looking for a mundane job that requires only that you show up and keep your chair warm? V12 Group probably isn't for you. Remarkably close to several great lunch spots. (Can also be viewed as a pro, however I needed an actual con)
