Pros

Most of the people seem to genuinely care. We get to work on spaceships and submarines which is pretty cool. 4 day work week.

Cons

4 day work week can mean long hours Monday through Thursday but having Fridays off is worth it.

Pros

Work autonomously, no micromanaging. Lots of diverse projects to work on. Ability to cross-train with different disciplines/products.

Cons

Because it is an engineering firm, not a manufacturing plant, they do small batch orders. So, there is a constant scramble to figure things out, find equipment, etc.
