Pros
Benefits from being a large GSI that operates culturally like a boutique. There is great emphasis on individual workload, where no one seems to swamped like many other consultancies. Due to the size of the company there are structured paths to improve that go beyond getting Salesforce or other accredited certifications. Really flexible with how people want to work, but due to the people, a lot more make an active effort at least once a week to come to the office.
Cons
Not enough karaoke nights out. Salaries are possibly a bit lower than whats out there in the market, however is made up for in terms of progression and work life balance.
