It has clearly and quickly become home to the industry's most talented individuals at all levels. The organization is very flat from a hierarchical standpoint, with access to anyone at any level at any time. Hard work and team work are synonymous at VAST, which lays the foundation for a contagious camaraderie.
Cons
As a young company, there isn't any room to hide. Hard work is expected, but it is rewarded and appreciated. The stakes are high, creating a thriving environment for folks who are prepared to go the extra mile. Changing an industry is hard. It's not for the feint of heart.
