Pros
Great people and fun atmosphere in the office. Interesting problems. Business side is booming. Advanced technologies. Can't ask for much more, honestly.
Cons
As part of growing pains of transitioning from a startup to a large-scale organization, some of the newer team leads are still not very good at dealing with subordinates and helping them grow.. Salaries are significantly lower than corporate levels (FAANG), but upside with options+secondary rounds should make up for it with a decent comp. package.
