This company fosters the most toxic work culture I have ever experienced. Managers lack basic professionalism, often engaging in public shouting matches—both with each other and employees. On multiple occasions, I was subjected to being yelled at, including on personal phone calls during weekends. The behavior extended to outright threats of termination by my manager, creating an environment of fear and hostility. Unfortunately, HR consistently sided with management, further compounding the issue. Additionally, the company appears to manipulate employee feedback. My prior negative review was inexplicably removed, only to be replaced by an influx of suspiciously positive reviews. The work-life balance here is non-existent. Employees are expected to sacrifice their personal lives under the guise of contributing to the company’s “startup potential.” This toxic overwork culture drained me completely. For those considering Customer Support roles, beware—it is particularly damaging. There is little to no regard for employee well-being, and the overall atmosphere is dehumanizing. Even basic benefits, like food vouchers, are inadequate, failing to meet the real cost of living. I cannot stress this enough: avoid this company at all costs. The toll it took on my mental health and quality of life is immeasurable.
