4yThank you for your review. We are working through better defining our roles and creating clear career pathing. I encourage you to talk with your manager and/or our HR team to let them know what type of training you are interested in, both external to VC3 and specific to your role. Our turnover is below average for our industry, but we do follow this trend closely and conduct exit interviews to gain insight in to how we can approve. We also realize that some teams experience higher turnover due to being promoted to other teams, like the Service Desk Team.
