For a company that has had numerous acquisitions within the past few years, they are an extremely well oiled machine. You find with other companies in hyper-growth mode that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Not the case here.
The kicker is that you have to be someone that wants to do your job and doesn't mind being held accountable (not in a micro-managed fashion).
All that to say, I am very pleased with the culture and the trajectory of this organization. All good things here.
