Pros

There are no pros. They say having your rent paid is a pro, except they will low ball you so you don't live in a nice place. They'll also send you wherever they please even if you have a family. They say you'll learn a lot, except they will just tear you down when you ask a question. They say you'll be able to move up, that's a flat out lie.

Cons

Too many old big headed superintendents. I was told I wouldn't get promoted for YEARS, despite having 2 related degrees. What a waste of time.
