Not Quite as advertised - Assistant VEG ER for Pets Employee Review

When i first started with the company. Everything seemed so bright and promising. But a few months in and its been nothing but shortcomings. The work culture exemplifies a “Crabs in a bucket” mentality, where if you get acknowledged by corporate or receive any sort of accolade, the rest of the staff singles out that person. One thing that creeps me out about the company is its lack of ethnic representation in empowering positions. It was disappointing to see that every person of color i met had advanced degrees but were only hired as Receptionists and Assistants. Im sure some people love this company. But beware, they dont do as much for their employees as the reviews say.
