Growth, culture, leadership (not only the people, but the accessibility)...it’s all next level! Being in vet med my whole career I had also wished for a company like this to be a part of, I am SO glad I found VEG. The vibe here is like no where else ...and I have been elsewhere: privately owned practices, huge practice acquisition companies, etc. Our CEO will walk into a practice and know your name, remember something about you that you shared with him and hop right in on the ER floor. My last company, I don’t even know if my CEO knew/remembered my first name or could even state my role at the company...and I worked at headquarters. Our hospital teams are some of the most talented people in ER medicine. We all work hard for our clients and our patients. On the floor, everyone communicates and is level-headed, it’s an awesome flow to be a part of. Benefits are...WOW!
