Somewhat cultish - Anonymous employee VEG ER for Pets Employee Review

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback - we apologize for not providing an onboarding experience that is perfected at this time. We are growing rapidly and many things are being adjusted as we go, and onboarding is definitely one of them. We just recently hired a team to focus exclusively on providing that first VEG experience a new employee expects, so we are excited for this upcoming season of onboarding new VEGgies! During a shift, VEGgies are encouraged to eat, sleep and take a desired break as long as they communicate with the rest of the team working that shift. If there is an issue and a VEGgie doesn't feel like he/she/they are able to do so, it should be immediately brought to the hospital's leadership team's attention. When it comes to controlled drugs access, VEG has a dedicated regulatory manager who works closely with DEA consultants to ensure all aspects of controlled substance management are compliant.
