Hi there! We appreciate your honest feedback and we are truly sorry that you didn't have a good experience during your time at VEG. Our VEG Manifesto, written by our CEO Dr. David Bessler literally starts by saying that at VEG, we lead with love. We are deeply sorry if you experienced anything different than that, that is definitely not what we stand for. Our People as well as our Culture departments are always open to feedback about our leadership teams and the work environment in order to understand what goes on in our hospitals and do whatever we can to improve. When it comes to our recently graduated doctors, we do offer a structured and advanced training program that helps them become comfortable and confident handling different pets as well as performing solo care for patients when that time comes. They are provided with a more experienced doctor to mentor and multiple opportunities to learn and measure their development.
