      Great mission and overall goal

      Cons

      Everything is over promised and under delivered. It seems like their are too many big goals and not enough structure to support them. They sell you on joining the next best thing and then could care less about your growth.

We offer unlimited Continued Education to our VEGgies as well as programs like VEGmba and VEG Academy, so that our employees can continue refining their skills and growing as leaders, too.       The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
