      Good benefits, great company swag, free food

      Leadership, toxic work environment, understaffed and disorganized, contradictions on what level nurses are expected of, no work/life balance despite this company trying to promote mental health awareness and work/life balance, anyone with health accommodations or family emergencies still being told they need to work and figure it out because “patient and hospital needs” are more important

      The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
