Pros

I grew a lot in this company and felt included in the community of vet med. The benefits are amazing and the company knows how to take care of its coworkers.

Cons

Lots of people quit or were fired immediately when I started it was tough to get a good dynamic going. Not sure of the reasoning behind most of this was.

Pros

The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

Cons

Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
