      Pros

      VEG's video matches our audio. We walk our talk. I don't expect you to believe me, but I know what I believe. But, you can ask our people and see our hospitals, and you'll see that we mean what we say.

      Cons

      ER is really hard. All we do is emergency. Can't fix that. My job is making ER the hardest part of your job, not finding time to eat and sleep.

      The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
