      Pros

      You might think it's too good to be true, but honestly walk into a hospital or talk to anyone at our VQ and you'll see that it's so real. I've never worked anywhere that thinks about culture as much as VEG does or that has leaders who make themselves so available and visible to their people.

      Cons

      Things can be a bit overwhelming at the start because there is so much to absorb, but that's it!

      Pros

      The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Cons

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
